Property maintenance worker.
We prefer one year experience in the field. HVAC certification is mot required. Drug testing is required. We will offer on the job training. Job description: basic plumbing, electrical, drywall and carpentry repair and installation. Major appliance repair and installation. Property maintenance also includes cleaning, painting, and general repairs. Some outside work to include landscaping, painting, gutter cleaning and repairs, and siding work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
